We’re excited to welcome Scott Kulifaj to Juno as a Senior Instrumentation Engineer.
Scott brings deep oil sands industry experience with a strong owner/operator lens, built through both hands-on fieldwork and technical leadership roles.
He developed his instrumentation foundation at Shell’s Albian Sands and later supported reliability improvements at Imperial Oil’s Kearl. He’s especially proud of his role in developing and rolling out Kearl’s instrumentation preventive maintenance program—improving clarity, consistency, and cross-team collaboration with benefits that continue on site today.
Scott was drawn to Juno for a new challenge, a values-forward culture, and a people-first environment. He also connected with Juno’s Indigenous inclusion initiatives, which are personally meaningful to him and his family through their involvement with the Métis community in Alberta.
Scott’s experience, collaborative mindset, and commitment to doing the right thing make him a great addition to the team – welcome to Juno, Scott!
