At Juno Engineering, building a high-performance team means welcoming diverse expertise that strengthens and complements our existing partnerships. We’re excited to introduce Penelope Fosbrook, P.Eng., as the newest member of our growing project execution team.
Penelope joins us as a Senior Project Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, gained through major FEED and detailed design projects across Canada and internationally. Her resume includes senior roles at firms that span the spectrum from large-scale EPCs to agile, fast-growing consultancies. This range gives Penelope a balanced approach to project execution: she understands the need for nimble delivery while maintaining the systematic quality controls required for complex industrial projects.
Penelope’s role at Juno is focused on enhancing our ability to deliver integrated, fit-for-purpose projects. She brings a collaborative approach that strengthens how we interface with mechanical consultants, owner/operators, and construction partners. Penelope will act as a valuable bridge between EIC and other disciplines – helping ensure smooth, well-coordinated execution throughout design and construction.
Penelope also brings a wealth of experience in engineering document control and quality management systems, including hands-on development of PPMPs and QMS procedures. Her structured, detail-oriented mindset is a natural complement to Juno’s practical and efficient project delivery model.
As we expand our project execution capabilities to meet evolving client needs, Penelope will play a key role in helping us deliver with clarity, coordination, and integrity.
